We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with Alya Yoga. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help. Please review the following return guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@alyayoga.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be sent back to our warehouse; we do not accept returns to any local or alternative addresses.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different size or style, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, yoga mats once opened, or final sale items cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
